Services

La Chérie Weddings & Events offers wedding planning services including full-service planning, partial planning, and month-of/day-of coordination. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing of services are established through individual service agreements between La Chérie and each client. The information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract for services.

Inquiry Form

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a client relationship or obligate either party. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries in a timely manner but do not guarantee a response within any specific timeframe. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to us contacting you via the information you provide.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, design elements, and software, is the property of La Chérie Weddings & Events or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at hello@lacherieweddings.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any issue within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law in accordance with the Governing Law section above.

Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
